NYT Ssamjang Pork Meatballs

Ingredients
1lb ground pork
ΒΌ cup panko bread crumbs
2 cloves minced garlic
1/3 cup ssamjang
3 tbsp minced ginger
3 scallions, minced
Salt
Cooked rice for serving
Lettuce for serving
Instructions
Measure and wash rice
Heat oven to 425 degrees
Mince garlic
Chop scallion
Mince garlic
Measure panko and ssamjang
In a large bowl, combine pork, ssamjang, panko
Shape the meat into 16 meatballs and arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet
Bake until golden and cooked through β about 15 minutes
Serve warm, sprinkled with scallions in lettuce cups and rice if desired
