National Day for Truth & Reconciliation Walk

On Tuesday, October 1st, 2024, students, staff, and community members came together for a powerful commemorative walk to Big Jonathan House in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

The walk began at the school field at 2:30 p.m., bringing our community together in a shared act of remembrance, learning, and commitment to a better future. Each student received an orange "Every Child Matters" t-shirt, generously provided by FNSB, as a symbol of our collective respect for the children, families, and communities affected by residential schools.
